All of the Resort’s 602 rooms are forward facing for guests to enjoy the enchanting ocean view. The hotel also provides dining on-site at Le Basilic, the oceanfront fresh seafood restaurant Isla Contoy, and the authentic and stylish La Joya restaurant. Children can also enjoy daily supervised entertainment at the resort’s Fiesta Kids club which provides activities like making piñatas, building sand castles and water balloon wars.

Our experience was beyond exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by courteous staff and accommodating bell service. Most if not all of the staff spoke English which made the check-in process very easy. Once in our room, we were pleased to find the following amenities:
- Mini-bar with space to place our daughter’s milk and cold snacks
- Complimentary robes and slippers for the parents
- A schedule for the kids club and a schedule for adult activities
- A safe to store valuables
- Toiletries including, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, mending kit, soap, facial wipes and lotion.
- A good-sized television
- A desk
- A nice couch and breakfast table in the sunken living room
The bathrooms were very spacious and clean which made it easy for the three of us to get ready at the same time. Our room was cleaned everyday unless we opted not to.

Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Resort & Spa provides its guests with many options to play, dine and relax. Although this resort provides many luxuries, don’t be fooled, this is by far a place to stay with your family! In fact, the Spa offers a spa service menu for kids. Our daughter enjoyed a manicure and pedicure while daddy enjoyed a hydrotherapy spa treatment (which he found to be amazing).
The amazing pools were a beautiful rich blue, had fountains and islands, swim up bars for adults and kids, and had about a maximum depth of approximately 4 feet 10 inches. Our 8-year-old was in heaven and I was too (poolside). We had a fabulous time and spent a lot of time there as a family.

While there, we dined at Isla Contoy Restaurant, The Breakfast Buffet, and ordered food poolside of course. Isla Contoy was amazing and provided top hospitality in a casual setting, oceanfront. My favorite part of this restaurant was the ability as a guest to select my seafood fresh from the marketplace where they have the seafood on ice and they prepare it as you order it.
The food we ordered while at the pool for lunch, was exceptionally good. I was expecting the traditional pizza slice from California or soggy chicken nuggets, but it was actually quite good and I was able to taste some quality products. Our eight year old daughter gave their food a “two thumbs up”.
Overall, our stay at Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Resort and Spa was safe, fun and worth it, twice over. We expect to visit again within the year (or sooner)!

We were provided a complimentary lunch at Isla Contoy while meeting with a PR staff member to talk about the resort. Our daughter received a complimentary kids spa as well. Regardless, we would only recommend places, activities or services that we would use/visit personally and that we believe will be good for our readers.
