Family Vacation at The Westin Maui Resort
We had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa in Lahaina for a week. We found the resort to be very family friendly and provided us with a lot of fun activities in a beautiful Hawaiian setting. Below are a few photos we took during our stay at this wonderful resort.
Westin Maui Resort Pools
The resort has 5 large free-form swimming pools for a total of 87,000 square-feet of water fun. They have 1 adults-only pool and 4 swimming pools for everyone. There are two waterslides and the large one is for the older kids and adults that can swim without help or use of floaties.

Here are a couple of pools of the Westin Maui Resort. The one close to the bottom is the adults-only pool which is tucked away above the other pools. You can see the waterslide entrance on the very right in the middle of the picture. | Photo by FamilyVacationHub
Ka’anapali Beach
The Westin Maui Resort & Spa sits on the oceanfront with Ka’anapali Beach just steps past the Westin’s pools. The beach is beautiful with clear blue waters, white sand and has a beachwalk lining the upper portion of the beach. There is plenty of beach activities as well as a perfect shoreline to walk along. The sun sets over the Pacific Ocean and Ka’anapali Beach is a great spot to watch the sun go down.
