Beautiful Beaches, A Great Pool, Food and Drinks Galore in Cancun
In August we had the pleasure of staying, for one day, at the Fiesta Americana Condesa after our week-long stay at their sister property, the Grand Coral Beach Resort. Our stay here was brief as we visited on a day-pass, but I can tell you that we had a very fun time. For the purpose of this review, Fiesta Americana Condesa offered us a guest day-pass since our departing flight was around 5pm that day. While we waited to leave for our return flight back to Los Angeles, we were able to enjoy their all-inclusive resort including breakfast and lunch and we were also provided with a courtesy room so that we would be able to briefly experience their accommodations and freshen-up before our flight.
All-Inclusive Cancun Resort Style
Upon check-in, we were assigned a ground floor room that faced the pool and the fabulous sandy white beach was situated right behind our room, just past the pool. The ground floor room have a bigger patio sized balcony than the upper floors. Having just stayed at Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach resort, we were able to compare both properties. Fiesta Americana Condesa is a great place to stay if you are looking for the following amenities:
- All-Inclusive
- Numerous restaurants serving food from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Beautiful white sand beach with wavy turquoise waters
- Poolside drinks (included in with the all-inclusive option)
- Poolside food (also included with the all-inclusive option)
- A very nice and large swimming pool
- Lobby, pool, and swim-up bars
- Casual environment
- Great service
- Nice and clean rooms
- Family oriented
- Fiesta Kids Club
- Beach and ocean activities
- Casual dining
Although both hotels offered different amenities, there was a noticeable difference in the type of guests at each. Fiesta Americana Condesa unlike Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Resort catered more to a more casual clientele. In my opinion there was less glitz and glamour at this hotel but plenty of extra amenities to compensate for it. One thing we loved the most at this resort was the truly amazing beach out in front of the hotel. Our family could have spent day after day in the waters of this beach as it offered playful waves. So if you’re looking for more relaxing environment where you don’t really worry about where to eat, what time it is and could pass on the fancy attire, Fiesta Americana Condesa is a great choice for your next family vacation.
This all-inclusive resort is very accommodating as you can have fun without having to worry about having to pack up at the pool and find a place to eat with your family. It was very nice to be able to be out by the pool with all-inclusive service on drinks and lunch. While we were at the pool, they set up a lunch buffet right in the middle of the pool area with BBQ and other lunch fare. It was nice to wrap a towel around you and grab lunch for you and the kids without leaving the pool area. They also set up some Ceviche at the poolside bar for you to grab.

As I mentioned before, Fiesta Americana Condesa has a great beach that is just steps away from the resort’s pool area. If you are traveling with older kids (meaning ages 6 and up) these beaches are much more appropriate for this age group. The waves allow the kids to boogie board or body surf without worrying about very deep water. It is quite shallow for many feet in.
We had a really great time here and we’d consider staying there again for a longer period of time. We would have loved to explore the grounds a bit more, but overall we found this property to be very fun, convenient and pleasant. Visit Fiesta Americana Condesa’s Website for information on this Cancun resort.

We were provided a complimentary one day pass and day room for the purpose of covering the resort on our blog. Regardless, we would only recommend places, activities or services that we would use/visit personally and that we believe will be good for our readers.
